Montoya Creative Co. keeps this simple: we collect what we need to book shoots, deliver media, and run the client portal — nothing more, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you submit a request, we receive what you type: your name, email, property or location details, and any notes. Portal clients additionally have an account (email, password held by our authentication provider, and a profile they control — photo, logo, brokerage details, social links). We keep operational records the service needs, such as delivery activity and licensing-agreement acceptances.

How it’s used

To respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver shoots, operate the portal and property pages, send transactional email (confirmations, delivery notices, account emails), and keep records of agreements. Profile details a client fills in are displayed where they choose — most visibly on their property marketing pages, which are public by design.

Where it lives

Data is processed by the infrastructure providers that run this platform: Supabase (accounts and database), Cloudflare (media storage), Netlify (hosting and DNS), Resend and Google Workspace (email). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security practices. We don’t run advertising trackers, and cookies are limited to what sign-in requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time — portal clients can edit their own profile directly. Deleting a client account removes their media, profile, and files from our storage. Email studio@montoyacreative.co for any request and we’ll handle it personally.
